Yep, the problem is not "how to get approved", it's something different...I'm getting 40-50 clicks on the LP but only 1-2 on the offer. And the LP is really good (tested)

If you are already using a good one then may be your offer is not that good. May be your targeting is not that good. You need to test to find the issue.
