Making YouTube Videos and using a Content Locker, what now?

I'm sort of stuck right now as to where I am and what I should be doing.
So I'll just quickly try to update you guys on what I've done so far and hopefully someone can guide me on what to do next. I've started on a couple methods but nothing's happening, it's kind of hard to explain.

DONE SO FAR:
- Have a Micro Niche Site, updating that with new articles every couple of days. Hardly building any backlinks anymore (I don't have anymore money to spend and not a lot of time)
- Have another Micro Niche Site, just aging this one a bit (It's already ranked)I also have another MNS (so that's 3) but I'll age that one too and it's not ranked.
- I have 2 EMD's that I bought but haven't done anything with them (any buyers?]
- I bought a website (vdomp[dot]com) that is supposed to be a website for a video I made (it's just a screenshot of the movie "The Adventures of Tintin") The video itself is supposed to bring me leads to my download page at FileSonic, who is going to pay me per download. No one has clicked it yet and Viewet is hardly working so I can't blast views onto the video..
- I have 3 different YT accounts (all associated with Hip Hop) and include 3 videos each, so 9 videos total. They all have hot and newly released songs playing on them (yes, they will get removed sooner or later) and a picture of the artist throughout the song. In the description is a download link (for FileSonic) so that I can get some downloads and some money on these hot and new songs. So far, hardly anything. I made the websites and videos (not the songs) today only.
- I am accepted in a CPA network, it's LeadBolt. Have a content locker on my first Micro Niche Site. The homepage itself isn't locked, but some posts that are "exclusive" are locked and maybe I could get conversions off of that.
- I also content locked "vdomp[dot]com" so that people who try to download "The Adventures of Tintin" have to unlock the content and after doing so, can gain access to the download file (it's a tor rent) ;p

Thinking of doing:
- Upload more songs and pictures of artists into a video with a download link (FileSonic) of the song and hope that one becomes viral in downloads

Thank you for reading the post, hopefully I could get "unstuck" from my position of not knowing what to do. Please do not criticize me for whatever reason you aim to criticize for. I am not here to be spoonfed, just need simple help that I can't seem to do.

I obviously have taken action, and I realize that's the whole idea of BlackHatWorld. But the thing is, I just have no clue as to what I should do next. I've searched a ton in BHW and I pretty much see all methods. Well, I've done a lot of methods, I've been pretty much working all week on methods alone. But now I don't know what to do.

Anyone kind enough to help a guy out here, that would be great.

The hip-hop method is good to get started but it's incredibly saturated and unless you're one of the first 2-3 people to upload a video for a new song (very unlikely) then you probably won't get many views, which means not many downloads, which means not much money!

You can stick with the hip-hop genre but you need to get songs as SOON as they are released - to stay ahead of the competition think of some ways you can do this. If they are on Hotnewhiphop or sites like that, then chances are other people already have them as well. Follow TONS of artists on Twitter and watch to see if they are releasing any new songs soon - lots of artists post when their newest songs are about to release and you can plan on being online as SOON as that happens.

OR

You could steer away from hip-hop since it's so saturated and try to do the same for other genres like dubstep, trance, country, etc. Think outside the box!


The key to success with that method is being one of the first to get your video up and if you can do that then all you need is some decent youtube search optimization (good tags/description/title) and you'll be good to go.

Keep up-to-date on breaking new and hot trends. When something big happens, act fast, then ride the wave ;-)

Yeah think Globally. You can have an onslaught of traffic if you think globally.

I would like to give you some advice.

1. For the youtube videos, use vagex to generate some traffic on them and rank them in the related lists to other songs.

2. For the micro niche site, continue backlinking. Don't just post fresh content on the site. Use unique articles and spin them once or twice, then create web 2.0 linkwheel with them, point the links towards your main domain and deep links. Also there's a free trial service, dripable, check it out, I think you will find it useful for baclinking your site and linkwheel.

3. Screw content lockers, users hate them, instead take a CPA email submit offer, relate it to "Would you like to get new hit song releases before they hit the public and youtube ? join us" or something similar. You will have much more conversions.

but I have quite the Hip Hop video thing. Just completely stopping, maybe I'll get to some other genre, but for now, I stopped the videos.

I will be keeping the content locker for The Adventures of Tintin on my website.
However, I think FileSonic is scamming me, because I have now 200 REAL views (no viewet or vagex) for my video and FS is telling me I have 0 downloads.. what a waste of time.
Also, i am hardly getting any conversions for anything so now I'm
OPEN for new methods anyone wants to recommend.

I was already following that thread, however, YouTube is becoming oversaturated with pretty much everything.

I am doing this same method but you need to stand out from everyone else. Dont just upload the song with the video in shitty quality. Grab yourself a copy of sony vegas pro and render them in 1080 settings and make sure your title is not just the name of the artist and song. Make you sure you put those 2 plus the album name with HQ thrown in there and you will be on the first page of youtube. I am currently running lil waynes album Tha Carter IV and just one song already has 4,000 views after just a couple hours so trust me if you do it right you can still do this with any song or genre. If you need some help just pm me.

I find it somewhat hard to believe that you'd get 4k views on a song that's on an album that's been out for months (aside from just driving it there yourself).
