Making Youtube Custom Comments

Looking for a way to make custom youtube comments myself. used to use youtube branded accounts. but it gets suspended. i am looking for a way to get youtube account that already has exisiting brand accounts to run my custom comments. or if anyone knows a method, i can use to get this successfully done.
