Lulu is cheap and awesome. I used it to get one of my girlfriend's novels published and got major props from her when it arrived in hardback and looking all professional like. Price was reasonable, too. Highly recommended.

What about http://www.bookpros.com/? I haven't personally used them, but lots of "writers" in the English dept at our local college do.
