making unlimited paypals

i posted in the wrong section the first time sorry for the double post...........

so im using paypal mobile to create pp accounts (less buggy) on blue stacks emulator...my question is how will they track me??will they use traditional methods since im technically on a computer still??

or maybe they just track the emulator??can i uninstall then reinstall on new ip????

im just trying to understand how apps track emulators....thanks.....

IP Address, Info, Email images when you load them, Phone numbers, they have alot of ways and they will even notice that the accounts are being created on mobile. I provide accounts myself so i would know...
