Making unlimited paypals????!!??!?

so im using paypal mobile to create pp accounts (less buggy) on blue stacks emulator...my question is how will they track me??will they use traditional methods since im technically on a computer still??

or maybe they just track the emulator??can i uninstall then reinstall on new ip????

im just trying to understand how apps track emulators....thanks.....

I think you will not succeed

To much to process, I don't really see this catching off. And if it is done, It will only ruin it for the stealthers. Meaning they will eventually patch there site. witch will then make it harder to create stealth.
