Making the 'team' page - is it necessary?

Hi guys,

I am making an e-commerce site and have a question. Is it necessary to present the team of key people, like showing photos and presenting, for example, a 'sales manager', or a 'customer support' person?
And if it is necessary, will it be all right to use photos of people downloaded from a photo stock website?

Any ideas will be great.

I don't think it's necessary but it can build trust with some users.
If you choose to do one don't use generic stock images, it'll make you look like a scam to a lot of people.

Then don't bother having one.
I work for an e-commerce startup with 40+ employees and we don't have one.

unless you are dealing directly with the customer, you dont need one. You are selling a product that is supposed to fix
one of their problems so make it about them and the solution they are looking for.
