Making secure, anonymous payments

I need to make payments of small amounts to lots of people anonymously. I need some way of transferring cash to someone without it being linked back to me or my SEO company (yes i'm buying backlinks, and recently stories have come out about google de indexing SEO firms that buy links). Its easy to request to buy a link from an anonymous email account, but paying is another matter.

anyone have good ideas about how to pay lots of people regularly without linking anything to a bank account or credit card?

Webmoney but it would requiring them have purses.

search for how to sign up and use paypal anonymously.Most online business owners use paypal so u will have trouble with webmoney because it is used by russians mostly. Also webmoney got strict about verification. They instantly lock your account if you have a turnover of around 1k per month and asks for notarized id by regular mail. Libertyreserve is another story...
