my thoughts exactly - revshare is not always the best paying option. The thing is if your leads don't convert to sales the networks will transfer you to revshare anyway at some point. And BTW chaturbate pays only $1 for tier 1 signups, if you will go the white label + per lead way you are better off with bonga - $2.50 for tier 1 (USA/UK/ Canada) and $1.50 for most of western Europe. And last but not least - bonga is well mobile optimized so you don't waste mobile traffic

There is also tubecamgirl , it pays $3 for tier 1. The euro traffic is paid per minute of free usage, is like revshare of no revenue lol. Also got lots of payment options: Paxum, Payoneer, PayPal, Webmoney WMZ, EgoPay, PerfectMoney . I don't know egopay and perfectmoney, is that useful for any reason?
