I am an freelancer , and have 3+ years of experience in freelancing and SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) Throwback to Few years later started as freelancer , But did get some sales Earned huge bucks but Unfortunately did not noticed Fiverr algorithm and Backed up My work , Hence Later on Started freelancing upon seoclerks and Made handsone earnings , but realised that the Earnings is still to low .

Hence please recommend me some Freelancing tactics or site Where I could make More Money !

Make a good proposal and you should be able to get clients off there
 
Asking this on bhw where there are hundreds of sellers making $$$$ per month.

Suggestions provided above are pretty good. Another approach you can take is cold emailing. Either learn how to do it yourself or find someone who is good at it(JV).

I think cold Emails , don't work ! tried many times promoting my fiverr gigs !

Promoting fiverr gigs isn't effective when it comes to cold outreach. Most(if not all) potential clients are bombarded with such emails/calls every week. You need to change the angle of your outreach and pitch to stand out from the rest.
Look at some of the cold emailing courses available in the download.
Besides that, you can start by finding someone who is good at it(as I mentioned above) and then learn it on your own at your own pace.

Start your YouTube channel. Build your personal brand, it pays off
 
try paxful/localbitcoins crypto trading...needs capital though.
