Okay, so I need to be making tiktoks without faces - i.e. can't be recorded if that makes sense.

Any leads on where I can find some good courses/guides on the matter?

youtube / google / reddit, great sources for tip guides.
 
you can learn from youtube videos or those who came before
 
Analyze already established accounts and see exactly what it is that they do that you are not doing.
 
"Quality TikToks" there is an account that posts pictures of frogs that has 1.2M followers
 
Youtube is your friend mate. You should make at least comparable videos with your tiktok.
 
All that you need is to find three or four creators who are creating such videos. You can easily find them on TT with a little research. You can take ideas from them on how not to bring your face in videos. But if you blur your face or something like that, the video will not look much engaging.
 
Analyze other TikTok videos also youtube has provided free tutorials, so youtube is a good choice to learn it, also it is free.
