Im planing on hosting a porn site, im looking for a way to make it untraceable due to porn being illegal in my country. I already have a kali with vpn setup with DNS being masked. Any suggestions ?

Even onion sites get traced most of the times. Nothing is "untraceable" per se. From what I have read over here (from users who specialise in porn niche), get a offshore server.. In a country where porn is allowed. You still risk getting your domain confiscated nevertheless.

Sorry if im being a bit ignorant, if i get a offshore server will there be any chance to trace it back to my original ip ? Keep in mind that i have a budget set to 1000 usd for this

Yes and no. Yes because your domain can always be resolved to your host. No if you use a service like cloudflare. I am not really sure how cloudflare takes porn, but you could simply put cf as a middleman and get some amount of security.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of porn are you referring to? Generally, legal porn sites are not that hard to host... Unless you are doing really shady stuffs.

Regular porn, im asking it cuz it's illegal here and i want to take precautions and I already hidden dns, is there anything else that i need to do ? Any more tips ? And thank u btw

Get offshore, and make sure that the host ignores dmca (there's no such thing but still.. some hosts are friendlier than others). That will add another layer to your security. You could also make your site invite only, but that will make many users mad.

There are shared hosting companies which will host your php/mysql based adult websites, and as the same, there are billing companies which will bill the content no problem. You only need find a way to collect the income offshore, not worry about the production and hosting.
No matter where your upload from there's a way out.. be it vpn with strong encryption, or even satellite internet if necessary. It would honestly be my last concern, not my first.

Offshore hosting company where there are strict privacy laws, Island or Denmark are good examples.

It's a very profitable industry and one of the easiest to promote! People will always take a small risk if there is money to be made.
