Making people do tasks by setting up a task site

I use ogads and cpagrip. I will set up a site to get hits and add the tasks there. People will earn money as they perform cpa tasks. Will I get banned if I do cpa on such a site?

you can do it right by starting slow and ensuring that those people are accessing your offers with different ips
if you eventually get results with this method, stop it and create another account to duplicate the method
