Is it safe to make a payment through Qiwi.com. I cannot pay the seller with PayPal as it is giving error for his country. Asking because I never heard of this and seller is asking for this platform only.

Qiwi is a quite big russian payment system company and i had a request like you had before. However i decided not to go for it. Since i can't read the small lines there...

Go for it, it's one of the biggest Russian online wallet with cards and etc. If you trust seller qiwi is not a problem.

If you want be secure from your end then paypal is the only way either try western union bank transfer its work anywhere and transferwise too.

Do not pay with Qiwi) it is easy to create fake account.Only if your seller is verified by forum BHW or something.. in other way it is a scam haha
I am from those places, it is making only for that type of activity. scam

I had not done any deal with him in past and thus I decided to skip this now.
