Hello friends, please i haven't been able to send offers for USA items from Canada. How do i go about it please?

Thats probably because those sellers dont ship to canada.

Try making offers for products which seller ships to Canada, plus you see option of making offer because its upto seller if they allow offers for their listed product or not.

The thing is that sellers don't ship to usa and Canada, I have the same problem. Let me know when you find a solution.
