I recommend you look at two tools out there right now that do some neat things.
First is Gremln and the second is SocialSprout
Both have the ability to do repetitive scheduled tweets. Spun repetitive scheduled tweets are ideal though.
Both can manage multiple accounts other than twitter as well.
In addition to TA and Tweet Adder, they are good baselines to work with.

Would love to test out any tool you have as well.

Here is my suggestion.
Do a tweet scraper and spinner. This feature will drive crazy your customers and will be able to give life to all your users.

As for distribution...I would start small, open up to a handful of people to test and help debug (e.g. VIP section) and make it a condition that this first cohort agrees to write a review for you. Then, do a limited distribution to 100 or so. Finally, after the 100 help you refine the programme, then set up an attractive affiliate programme to help you reach the masses. You're not going to get rich selling only 100 copies, you need to scale. I'd be happy to write a review for you if selected.
 
We'll see coding a twitter bot with the capabilities that tweet attacks had takes effort and dedication. Plus your users will need technical support and multiple updates as twitter makes their changes. You say the first 30 are free so I am guessing the others have to purchase. People aren't stupid they not going to invest their money for short term bot. What are your intentions fast money or a serious bot.
 
I am not a newbie programmer :). I am Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), Technology Specialist (MCTS), Sun certified Professional, Oracle certified.

Software succeeds because of good design and usability and I am very serious about quality.

I am progressing well in this project.

I'm in if there's still a spot left ... I used to use TweetAttacks vigorously to bring in traffic to my website... I was also supposed to be a beta tester for Tweet Demon but I was on vacation and didn't get back to the developer in time. Your list of features looks pretty good, I'd be glad to test out the bugs for you as well as suggest some additional features. I also agree with everyone on here about keeping the UI almost the same as TA but perhaps with a few modifications; you also want to be careful about getting sued by Twitter lol.
 
Well Tweet Marketing Robot just hit the market. I tested it and it is legit. They only selling 300 copies here on BHW while stock last (lol) so you could chose to wait on this bot if you think it's worth it. But I tested so many other twitter bots for others here on BHW and to be frank they are very buggy cause the coding takes time to work out. I doubt that this bot will be up to speed any time soon but time will tell. I'm just saying frankly I prefer to be in than out when they close the doors on the tweet marketing robot. But if FREE is your thing then wait, but remember you get what you pay for.
 
Its worth remembering that Tweetattacks et al got taken down by Twitter as an anti-spam measure. It wasn't poor software/support or lack of buyers that put them out of business , it was the threat of a fucking massive lawsuit. So, if you get this going, much as it pains me to say it, you should aim to sell no more than 100 copies, charge lots and charge for subscription - think SENukeX business model. Secure it well. If you make it mass market and its on the radar 'they' will come after you. Exclusivity is your key to success here. Just my 0.02

I suggest you incorporate a way to import proxies from an external text file on a 'as needed' basis. Regularly test proxies in your bot and remove dead ones, and import new proxies from the specified text file on the server/PC. I use proxy goblin to regularly update a proxy list on a server, so it only has live proxies. it would be great if your bot could access that file so it constantly had a list of healthy proxies to use.
