Making my own PPD website - How much would it cost?

Hi guys, recently I tought about creating my own PPD website like sharecash or fileice.

Here is what I thought to do:

Code: 
1. Find a nulled script of a PPD.
2. Redesign the entire website so it won't look like any other PPD.
3. Join a CPA Network so I have offers.
4. Buy domain and hosting.
5. Launch the website.

For this it won't cost so much.
So tell me guys how much would it cost?
I need to do other things, to pay for other things?

It's very doable. Just that you know some HTML/CSS you can make your own PPD site. I found a PPD script you can use, check your PM. ;)

Generally not much. You only need a domain and a good server. You can start on shared hosting to maintain your website then once the traffic starts rolling in you'll need to move to a VPS. A good managed VPS ranges from $60-$100 per month where everything is managed for you. Then if you're not proficient in template coding you can hire someone for like $50-$100 to do full customizations. It definitely doesn't have to cost much at all to start a such business.

Note that the script is untested, so if it does not work you're going to need a good programmer and there you'll have to invest quite a bit.

what about payment system.,How to make the payments for the affiliates and how to find the fraud ones
 
The difference is you said you want to create one like sharecash and fileice. If you just take some bad script and redesign it you're still running bad scripts. If you want to do it right it could cost from $2,000 upwards. If you just want a mediocre script for your own traffic you could do it for about $200 if you just want a new template for a public script.
 
Biggest issue is hosting. You're not going to like having your entire account suspended you because of a DMCA takedown (which is how some hosting companies respond to a takedown) or getting a huge overage because you get 1,000,000 downloads from China that you can't monetize (but still have to pay bandwidth costs for). Both of those have happened to me before; and those are the things I would be more worried about. The script is the easy part.

You don't seem to know how the PPD business model works. Users cannot download a certain file if they do not fill out a CPA offer like surveys. They'll only land on the download page and a small amount of those users will actually go through. DMCAs are a bit unusual as this is not a direct file sharing site.

PPD is a broad term that includes other types of sites. Depositfiles is http://depositfiles.com/earn.html but they do not require surveys.

But I've only owned sites like Depositfiles before so I can only give advice for them.

And it doesn't matter if you are a direct file sharing site or not, just linking to copyrighted content is enough for you to get a DMCA takedown. I can also speak from experience for that (many times).
 
Better dont get nulled script go legit way , buy it and get license ;)

You should invest in some PPC/PPV to get traffic and publishers who will upload and promote links
