I dont like to say that i am a noob
I know i can make Articles i have a good English Knowledge. What i want to know is can i take other articles pictures and make my own article?
if i get those pictures obviously not videos does that mean my article is not legit? duplicate content?

You want to take screenshots of other people's content and use those images on your website??

Loads of free sources for article images. Just use http://www.pixabay.com/ or http://www.pexels.com/ to grab some. Images get re-used everywhere, I wouldn't worry too much about duplication issues if your text is unique.

A simple search will turn up many free images resources, also comments in forums is a lot different to actually writing a decent article. If your articles are for money sites, better to hire a real "native" to write them.
