normall paying is 1.5$ or less per hour for doing hard work
Its YOUR fault you don't have skills that warrant a higher hourly wage. But there's a method to fix that.
Step 1) Go to Google.com and research high paying IT jobs & IT certifications.
Step 2) Choose one that won't take too much of your time and resources to master (I suggest a certification in something related to cloud architecture or databases or security).
Step 3) Go to Udemy and other sites like Udemy and start studying - then proceed to take your exam and get your certification.
Step 4) Create a CV and apply for 100 jobs in your niche.
Step 5) Make $20-100/hour (even in Bosnia - if not, then immigrate - get a work visa and make your damn boss pay for you to move).
Alternatively, you could do freelance work online right now (i.e basic admin tasks, arbitrage reselling of services or products etc.) via Fiverr.com, upwork.com, ebay.com, local online directories.
