I don’t have a money site, and I’m doing alright. Other people have listed the many things you can do. Freelancing is the way to go, take whatever you know and find a way to monetize it.

Best to do is to build an audience just like you sayid. Create an email list, or build a facebook group. there are many options.

Try other's website. I mean online earning platform like amazon selling, Fiverr and upwork. You can choose more.
