Okay so pretty much I want to sign up for one of there sites and get something like $300.

1st.

Now in order to complete my offer can I use one of the VCC on BHW? Then I can either trade people for greens or buy them. Will this work?

2nd.

Have people pay me for greens, and I use a VCC to complete the offers?

Can I get in trouble for this?

hmmm if you can use a vcc for greens could you not easily just make a bunch of VCC's with bogus address info and complete offers for like 5-10 people a day...with each person paying you a good amount....wouldnt that be an easy 100-200/day ?

A) not all offers will accept vcc
B) you will need v good proxies
C)you will need to phone verification
D)Its way less hassle to get real people to fill the offers

could i do this without proxies if i can change my IP constantly? as it is right now i use my sprint phone to "tether" with my computer and use the internet. every time i disconnect and then reconnect my phone from my PC my IP changes.

do these sites like TRAINN track user agents in browsers?

what im thinking is i could buy green dot cards, complete offers from different IPs via my "tethered" connnection, and repeat?

is this viable or not?

or would buying vpns perhaps be an idea for something like this? My verified US Account should be ready tomorrow and I'm looking to get into this type of a thing, but I don't live in the US, so I'm wondering what I should do...
