Making money with newsletter

Im note sure if this is the best place to make this question. I have a big optin email database.

Actually i used it to various activity but i never earn so mutch only some hundred of $.

Any one can give me and advice to use better my e-mail database?

My database can be localized by country and actually is catogorized by interest area.

Depending on the interests of the people on your list, you could make some designs or pay someone to design some and upload to a site like Tee-spring. The you can promote the shirts to your email list.
