If This is real.
You need to use a over abroud vps server that will stop all the dmca and copyright act bugging you .
There vps servers on the misc on here or hosting on here .
i guess use php mysql and css and html to design a membership website , then let users upload and download films , maybe charge per join or free.
You can het inliad of trouble for this idea but it possable also daring lol

Just start and create better questions in the future. Personally I'd use an automatic indexer so you don't have to create all the pages yourself.

You webpage have not really a wow factor for me, I mean that your template is very basic.
Hope you got a guy that give this site a make over. I think that this will give a big boost in the big competition you have.

facebook is good to go. Also you might wanna add more traffic sources such as organic traffic, other social media platforms, youtube, and related forums.
