Hi guys,

Mobile traffic it's something new for me, I don't really know how to monetize it. I tried with CPA dating, but after 300 clicks and only 2conv (total $8.95), I'm not very satisfied. The traffic is country and niche targeted.
So, which is the best way to make money from mobile traffic? Should I keep trying with CPA?

dating mobile traffic sucks :) just keep trying with diff CPA offers. Just split traffic on various offers.

Are you getting this traffic from your own site? It depends on the traffic you are getting. You should be sending the traffic to offers related to it.

Cpa dating offers work for mobile if you are getting adult mobile traffic. But obviously that type of quality traffic is pricey and difficult to get profitable unless you have a decent budget.

Match your offer to the demographic for best conversions

BuzzCity is a great resource to start with for the beginners actually so deff give that a try and it is the same as regular media buying just you need to optimize your landing page for mobile views and also the traffic is so much cheaper.

Lol, I'm beginner on mobile things, not on IM :) even I dont know anything about mobile traffic, I still want big money :D
 
its depend on traffic source also..I know about all affiliate category offers..pm me about your traffic source , I can give you idea =how to get 100$ from 300 clicks.

It only sucks when you don't know how to monetize this type of traffic. Same goes with other types of traffic in general.

There's huge inventory being sold at traffic junky (mobile) and a lot of affiliates are using mobile dating offers to monetize its traffic.
 
Anyplace that just wants you to give them your URL and you buy "real human visitors" in my experience is fake, they are bots or click farms. I use a third party software that recognizes most proxies and bots
and blocks them. If you have multiple websites or create multiple subdomains you can easily test different traffic providers rather quickly by sending traffic to duplicate content subdomains and seeing which of those convert if you have a pay site or something to buy. Mobile traffic in my experience is even more Bot heavy then desktop. Some decent providers of desktop traffic will have heavy bot laden mobile traffic!

In essence if you can't see your ad plainly visible on the site you have placed it, or where it was supposed to be placed, at the times its supposed to be there. You are getting fake hits.(bots).
One way to tell but not foolproof is a high 80+ % bounce rate with little other web page interaction. Unless your content is really terrible or you have nothing to look at, your bounce rate should be below
60%. Occasionally traffic from traffic providers is mixed with Bots 20 -50% to throw off the bounce rate. Bots today can hit multiple pages and stay at various times before exiting your site. What they can't do is buy your product. I am on about Bots because they are at least 50% of internet traffic and no one certainly not the larger companies want to properly address it.The more numbers they can claim in the social media race, the higher their value and or stock price becomes, the more value percieved and higher they can charge for ad space.....they in effect depend on bots for their business model.

So test your campaigns carefully, or you are throwing money out the door. Find ONE good source of traffic and measure everything against it. Organic search traffic is a good source but not always a consistently dependable flow of traffic especially with niche keywords.
