Making money with highlights

Hello!
So many people (a guy in my neighborhood too) are making tons of money with sports highlights (football,nba,ufc,wwe) etc
They do this:
Upload like 10mins of highlight right after the match and 2-5mins gameplay of Fifa for example.
In total the video will be 12-15 min. Their channels have more than 100k subs and their videos get like 50k-100k views in 24hour. Then they cut the highlight part in YouTube studio and let only the gameplay part.
This is all but there is a trick that I dont know yet (they wont tell it)
Any idea how do they manage to keep their highlights in the channel for at least 24h without YouTube getting their video down? I tried myself but my video was taken down in 30 mins...

When you cut The video în YouTube doesn't make a New YouTube video? Link a channel here so The expert can take a look.
 
Is it possible to earn like this? YouTube may ban the channel right?

No. It keeps the same video.
Like this only that this guy uploaded full gameplay after highlights.

I honestly have no idea. I posted in my other comment 2 examples. I dont know how they pull this off
 
I think you made some error in OP.

They make 15 min where 10min is gameplay and 5min highlights.

They upload 15min video, intro > 5min highlight > 10min this shit

They cut highlight part when they reach their thing and video become 10min of shit only.


Once channel has high authority, every video is promoted by YT, they won't get flagged easily.

Why would YT kill them, when YT algo says: This channel is doing good job, and making us(YT) money.

I did. He told me this but wont tell me how does his video stays for 1 or 2 days without getting caught...
I tried to watermark mine, zoomed it change effect and they still got me

Yes this is the best way, but for example this guy in my neighborhood dont have Fifa 20 and he uses small clips from reddit haha

There are channels that have over 5mil views in the first couple of hours ( if the match was big). Their traffic source from search list is 0%. And in their interest is to not be becouse of copyright strike. Thay are using some technique with Unicode title or just adding double letters lake Juventtus vs Man ciity or adding some symbols like P$G. That is trick to not be in search list. Thay are getting views from recommended or suggested section. How I know that, their videos are always on my recommended section. But to answer your question, highlight videos are not monetizble anymore, so thay are using pes or fifa clips at the end of video and cutting highlight part. And all that becouse of copyright strike and monetization. But after all their channels will be demonetized in a couple fo days/months. But thay are not stopping there. Thay are buying more and more monetized youtube channels and keep making more and more money.

One more thing I noticed today while watching some of these channels was that the higlights were scrambled (not sure if its the correct word xD) I mean it started highlight at 5th min of the game and they jumped to 20th min then to 13th and so.

I know exactly what thay are doing to pass auto detection from Youtubes Content ID system. But still when you pass that, some football league like Bundesliga or La liga and many others will block manually your video ( not just yours, all videos from search list that thay are looking for). So your video must be hidden from search. I told you what tactics thay are using for that.

Nope these title methods are only to not show your video in search list. But It won't help you to pass automatatic block from YT. Fifa videos are only for channel looking to keep them monetized. If thay would upload just highlights thay would get demonetized after couple of days. But thay don't care much when thay have over 10 already monetized channels.
 
making money this way is a quick way of doing things but i need something with more time and more money
