Where I live, groceries are allowed to sell alcohol, you need to get a license of course and it's damn expensive, there is a workaround and it is shipping companies that offer their marketplace where you can shop from different groceries marketplaces, brands, and everyday needs, peoples in Europe who used Glovo know what I'm talking about. What we did is buy beer/whisky/champagne in huge quantities and stock them, then during the lockdowns, we spammed local classified sites with our offer and the surprising thing is: they allowed it, all that we had to mention is that we are a grocery selling online, we had no website just taking orders through WhatsApp, and due to the situation going on in the country & the rest of the world, they allowed it!!! However, there is no way I can think of to scale this. I'm not doing this anymore and you guys shouldn't, stay safe and good luck.
