This will be a really big task. I'm not sure why you need this many accounts, I would start with 50 and try and make money with them, if all is good then scale from there

You can earn from just one account if your content is good. I saw some 1 month old accounts with crazy 1M+ views on all shorts I was like how th they do this.

You're trying to setup an account farm. You need to either create new accounts or buy aged accounts. You need multi-account browser to manage all accounts and proxies to make them look like individual users. If you're creating new accounts, you may need sms service too.

Youtube is strict nowadays you can't just create a bunch of accounts and spam ...... You need to focus on old accounts and let them aged and then you can use to build something
you'll need a bunch of numbers + proxies to create gmail accs. whats good is you can create multiple channels under the same google account/gmail so it should reduce the costs but yeah google is strict so youll have to be careful man
