My question is how i can make money with app and where i can buy some app android or iOS and make money from that??

any suggestion and tips

I don't fully understand your question but if I understood correctly, assuming you can't code them yourself, you'll have to pay a developer to code them for you and then you can either sell them on the app store/play store or give them away for free and make money from ads.

Developing an app doesn't come cheap. If you want to make money off an app you'll definitely need a huge start-up capital to invest and spend below your estimated returns this all must be calculated quite accurately if not you'll definitely get losses.

from google play you can make money if you have free apps with adv.
From app store you can make good money but you need to have a lot of apps

Go to Apptopia, find an app that actually has potential, buy it, and promote it.

You can easily make back your money through in-app purchases and ads if you play your cards right.

You also need to promote app if you want to make money with adsense. Just publishing an app to google play cant help you much.

I'd suggest hiring a developer to create an app of your choosing, then monetizing that. The key to creating a good app is the advertising you give your app, not the ads you put on your app.
