I know how to get clients.

I know wordpress web development. I have a designer and a copywriter.

I know how to get backlinks.

How can I be confident to get SEO clients and start doing keyword research (which I don't know how to do) and how can I guarantee success?

maybe I should get a copywriters... and do keyword research? is it that simple? like a 15min job?

do copywriters know how to manage keywords?

I would suggest outsourcing this part when starting off. You could most resell of it and then sell them as a stack(pack)
Don't do both marketing and delivery; you will burn out fast. First, build one side of the business, and then keep getting more efficient. Then factor cost, QC etc

I think I shall teamup with a writer developer and designer, start an SEO agency for dentists and start cold calling. I think that's the fastest way to earn money. Then. Maybe I will start other businesses because I have a lot of data etc. Opening my company tomorrow.

No job revolution!

Buddy, Keyword Research is the backbone of SEO. If you do not know how to do it then how do you plan to start an online marketing business and expect it to be successful?

I will learn. I know how to build websites. I need to learn SEO optimisation better (SEO Yoast, etc.). I will offer my services to first 3 clients for free. Also I'm building a website for my mom. Will start doing her SEO. I also will start doing fb & instagram ads. Did them before.

Will USE yellow pages to find dentists that have bad websites or no website. Will use scrapebox to extract thousands of phone numbers, emails, etc. Might even use FB targeting.

I think It's easy to learn. Use google keyword planner? I know FB ads. Instagram ads. I know web development and have worked before with designers and copywriters. But I need to find a new copywriter. Can you point me towards a good video or an article on how to successfully start doing Keyword research and implementing it in articles to get clients from google?

I know how to get backlinks (did it for years for a company).

May I know how you plan to acquire new clients? It's not really easy to convince them to sign up for a paid service , but depends on your approach I guess.

Take time to learn what it is before jumping to any false assumptions.

If you are really serious about your business, it will take you months if not years to master the subtle art of keyword research.

work on a percentage basis. Keep your overheads/fixed cost low

Will use Scrapebox to get thousands of phone numbers and emails. Then I will email them, call them, or use phone numbers to add to facebook targeting and target them ads. Will also create a landing page with ClickFunnels and maybe a website with Wordpress.

As far as Google algorithms are concerned especially nowadays, it is better not to "guarantee" anything to your clients, but rather be transparent with them.

I meant work on a commission basis with people who deliver and don't pay them a fixed salary. Example: you hire a KW research guy pay him X% of what you bill your client. Don't hire anyone full time ever

I would suggest 100% margins as you need to reinvest in tools, marketing, free copies and research as you will need to expand.
