WOW.Cool idea. But first of all calculate how much you have to invest initially, cost of running the business.Then estimate the market and fix your strategy.I think local classified sites, craigslist,ebay could be a good way to sale items.

If I had the space I'd turn it into a green screen room for filming and promoting events, products, reviews, etc. Just a thought.

You should find some girls that are willing to do some *nasty* stuff in front of the camera, then create profiles of them on CAM sites that pay for shows. Promote them and share like 50% of the profit with them.
