Making money with adult website

I'm a complete newbie and am just getting started so I would appreciate some advice.

I'm wondering if anyone with experience can shed some light on making money with an adult website.

I found a niche where I think I can easily rank 15 keywords on first page of Google with combined 50,000 - 100,000 monthly searches according to Keyword Planner

My guesstimate is about 1000 unique visitors per day.

(The only problem is that this particular visitor type will most likely not sign up for dating sites, so dating affiliate stuff is out)

Is this worth pursuing? How much would 1000 unique adult traffic generate as a minimum?

i get a ratio of 1:200 one lead pays $2.50 so 1k uv thats $12.5 a day.
