Making Money with a Dating Website

I am starting a Dating website and I wanted to do my best to give members something they never had before. Does anyone have any ideas or comments on what a successful dating website should have or should work towards having?

Any comments are appreciated.

Hmmm, maybe something like a implemented video chat or something.
Users can enter their interests and what they are looking for and then get paired with somebody who matches them.
I don't use dating sites, but I would like the idea of talking to potential partners face-to-face and not just in a chat with profile pictures.

I have a young , beautiful 22 yr old looking to make money , she has done some porn be4. but wants to get out of it and is asking me how i can help her make online , i wouldnt know what to do online with her so pls. any .... any help would be great...

1. POF .... pls. let me know what can be done there ?
2. Ewhoring .... what can be done there ?
3. phone lines ?
4. cams , she will not do nakswed cam , but she will let people know sdhe is real , therefore give proof POF or what ever need to catch the fish.
5. fiverr ................ amnd all the other copies of this.
5. even BHW. members contacting me to do services for them on there fiverr gigs , we sell $2 you sell for $5 = you make $2 for nothing.

im just asking how , how i can make her money thx.....

i will make my own thread ....... this is just a question for now. im going to make a website , but any ideas on which theme to use ???? thx.

You can go with some affiliate programs, by promoting them on your site you can earn...All the best!

1) Make a profile posing as the girl leading people to a cam show.
2) Banned talk here
3) Join as a model with ero mobile sites
4) Join as a cam model with top webcam sites like livejasmin or similar
5) She can make sexy vids for $5 with ad texts
6) There are places where you can sell self shot pics and vids so ur friend can try it out

Moreover if she has done porn past, wtf she cant strip on cam???

You need a huge amount of startup money to be successful as a general dating site. You'll be taking a huge risk and end up losing a lot of money on affiliates if you want any volume of users. My advice is to make a niche dating site.
 
Make sure that you have a totally free sign up, and tease your users. Once you got it done, show your subscription packages in the most interesting moment.

Visit a few dating sites so that you could know what to put in your own website. You could see friendster. It has became a game and dating site ever since its popularity toppled down.
 
fill your site with tons of fake profiles to get it started... for sure people wont sign up or be a member for long if they see a low activity inside the site.
 
I have a dating website with a webcam feature, you can help me drive traffic and users and I can split a revenue :)

I have been an aff for sites in the romance game. Let me tell you that most customers are lonely OLD men. Well, 60 is the average age. They do have some money. However, sites are selling a pipe dream to the codgers and that is a bit heavy on the pipe. It is a good idea to know who your audience is. Find places that are popular with geezers. Most are OLD, ugly, a bit on the heavy side, nerdy, and have some money. Hey, enough to pay for the membership anyway.
 
send them some tips now and then,or open an entertainment chat room on your site,and let them sing,talk.this will draw their attention.
 
Dating site with webcams is always a good idea. But you will need good moderation for that.
