Hello friends,
I have found an AIRbnb arbitrage thing recently. For the ones who has not heard of it. Its ,basically, renting out your house or room for short periods of time through airbnb. I have 2 rooms in my flat that are not occupied and I was thinking of listing them on airbnb. Has anyone rented out and what are your experiences regarding this thing. From what ive learned it is a pretty lucrative business model in the western world but was wondering about this busines in such developing countries as Turkey.
