Not if you're trying to offer them something useful. If you're pushing some bullshit snake oil, yeah, it's wrong. There are, however, legitimate natural treatments for pretty much anything that ails you. (And legit ways to get out of debt, earn an income online, etc.)

i think to use people in something like this (health product) just to get some money this is very ridiculous can you put your self in their place and see if you sick or illnesses and need very little help and you find someone need to sell you something maybe work maybe not i think its not nice way to make us rich for my self i never think to do that coz i need some money or something.
 
Harro you rockman... like always, I have heared that you are making a woooooping income through affiliate marketing.... do not know wether I should disclose the heard stats here but I was told by someone that you make $10k daily.... Is it true.... What you do with that kind of money mate? Yes I am curious... lol... you must be having all the cars, beach house, holiday home, tons of beer (beer belly hehe) and God knows what... Is there any thing which you want to buy and have not bought yet... sorry if it is personal but I love beer to and I am just killing my thirst now :)

The post is old, but this method will be working. When I think how many times I gave advice on the product on different health and travel forums! And the people actually bought it, yet I had nothing from the referral, but maybe a good karma lol. Ah, I needed to get into affiliate marketing long time ago...
 
I have tried this but it didn't really work..Could you please explain a bit more?I wanna make some money to buy a domain since blogspot doesn't really get ranked high in google..
