Hello guys,

I am curious about, if you really wanna start a store but the demand isn't so well.. If putting a lot of work time and money in many backlink trough youtube blogs etc and investing in fb ads and so on... Would still be successful?

If the demand is not so well, as you mentioned, why would ADs and backlinks change the number of possible orders you would receive? Perhaps it would be a better idea to go for something trending, where you are also having a higher demand, especially when running FB ads. However, if you are convinced in your store and idea then just give it a go and see how it goes.

Work on reducing the bounce rate, improving conversions and on-page SEO instead of wasting lots of money in something that doesn't work.

Imagen if you are offering something which no one really needs, then the best advertisement would not change the lack of demand, right? Unless you are able to set a new trend, which is rarely happening.

I wouldn’t start a store if your traffic isn’t good, it’s not a great idea. Even if you’re getting a lot of visitors, that doesn’t mean that those numbers will convert to sales. My advice would be to focus on your content and find other ways to monetize the site. Then again, who knows? If you think you’ll be able to get sales, go for it.
