Find a niche that has a lot of buzz. Create a simple wordpress site and start blogging about it and create some quality viral content. Join social media groups that your niche would appeal to, post about it to drive traffic and lastly, start monetizing with adsense or another platform. I also like to sneak in affiliate ads if I can get some that are relevant. Good luck.

how could you lose your job as a "real estate investor" ? did you fire yourself?
 
No real estate investing is a side hustle, and would love the banana method for 299
 
And since I joined this site I created a social media ecommerce site in partnership with a friend who proceeded to take the site from me once we hit 5000 in net profit saying that he owned all the social media accounts and therefore deserved all the money. After I got burned with that I've been researching on how to start from the bottom up
 
I also just want to say thanks again for all the individuals who have contributed to this journey. Been getting some really good advice from some good dudes in the game. Keep it coming anything helps get me back upright!
