Choose product to promote. Make site or just landing page. Find somebody who would like your product follow him , also follow his followers / followings ,rince and repeat. , act like a real person, not just spam your link. Yeah I know it is hard to get targeted audience. Hope I helped you at least a little.

Yup. In a nutshell. Spamming with cpa offers and such will bring you minimal returns if you don't engage correctly.. $.02
