So, I have 6 email databases (6 different countries) ranging from sizes 50k up to 3,6m.

They have DOI:ed for general offers/deals from a news-letter.

I was thinking that I could make some good money from sending out general affiliate emails. However, I have no clue on how to set up emailing on this scale.

You will need to use Mail chimp or another email provider and there will be a fee......also load them slowly and have a good explanation on where you got them from. before they approve your campaign to be sent you will need to provide that info first......also no illicit products they will deny......theres also fiverr or upward where you can just hire someone else to do it.
 
How did you get this huge kind of email list? Is there any valuable tools to use this for free?

Setup a gsuite Account and slowly email them. Build up from 50-100 to 2k a day over a month or 2. You want to build a rep for the account or else it will all end up in spam.

Alternatively you could use an outsourcing firm or a fiverr service.

Anti virus sells pretty well through cold email ironically enough.
