is anyone familiar with headhunting, if you go to recruitment companies they are full of jobs for headhunters and it seems this is booming were people search/hunt for employees for companies and get a commision. this seems like a good time to get into this and use online resources to capture candidates.

I think this is a very difficult job unless you put together online generations systems that put you in the middle of it all.
It's a cut throat business

Its a good business if you have contacts of clients and a little experience in the recruitment field.
