Making money from VCCs

I recently was able to start making AVS VCCs for account verification (paypal, ebay, etc). I was wondering, if I were to make an e-store and sell them, it would most certainly have to be off shore and registered privately, correct?

If you want to be secured, then everytime use offshore host. You can make a decent amount of cash with VCC's, need to find an audience though.

Yeah, the only issue is that the audience I am targeting is only accessible after X posts or XXX$ fees

Virtual Credit Cards. You can make some money with them but you need a good promotion of your service since a lot of competition.
