Making money from niches like MS Office 2013 ?

Hey there fighters, I will need your help for this one
I have a cool, professional website from where you can download "Cracked MS Office 2013" and similar software. I've offered those kind of software for free and now I want to earn from it.
This is what I wanted and later decided not to use:
- CPA (Content Locking) - my site won't look professional, it will lose it's reputation and almost nobody's gonna fill out those annoying surveys
- Ads on website (adhitz, adsense) - low income, people are coming to download Office - who would click on stylish e.g. "Play now" button or "Earn from home" when they want to download a software ? Get it ?
- ******* and other URL $hortener$ - my site would definitely lose it's reputation and wouldn't look professional at all.

The only thing that looked great for me was some kind od PPI (Pay Per Install) - when visitors download Office 2013 from my site, they would be given some kind of extractor, that would contain ads - something like those toolbars that you've probably seen in almost every software setup.
I wanted to use installmonetizer but the only reason I didn't is because they only accept software that you create, and of course I haven't created MS Office 2013 (I created Bill Gates, but never mind).

Anyone has any suggestions of what method should I use and any alternatives for PPI network that would suit me ?
