Tell me what you think of this plan-
Build A WP site on a popular niche(MMO,Dating,etc.)
Register as publisher to some new native ads network (runative)
Buy real cheap traffic (like I saw a post here 100,000 real visitors for 5$)
Or Mix it with bot traffic too...
Any tips?

This is the problem. Those are not 'visitors', they're 'hits'.

What you're trying to do is called "Traffic arbitrage". Buy cheaper than what you will sell. It requires a substantial amount to start, in order to finally find the sweet spot and have a positive ROI.

Sounds like a direct way getting banned from ad networks.

Real cheap traffic 100k for $5 is bot traffic
Real traffic will cost a little more than that
