personally i would use a gambling/ betting affiliate. With pay on sign up. They work well with torrent sites if you have good volume.

you can monetize you web site with cpa networks, like peerfly,, adworkmedia,,, just sing up at this networks, they have very cool offers to monetize your websites, offers like-games, downloads, gambling, dating, free gift cards- app installs, etc..
