Making Money From Mobile Gaming Traffic

I need some advice on how I can monetize mobile gaming traffic. My website is a flash arcade, and flash does not work on mobile. My bounce rate is lacking because games don't work on mobile and people leave instantly.

What can I do to monetize this traffic? Or what can I do to make a mobile user STAY on the site?

Bro you should create mobile apps for that game idea, and it will be best when you get app installs and game users that will gonna play your game everyday on their mobile.
