What would you recommend is the best way to make some bucks on high traffic (10mill pageviews per day)?

Currently doing AdSense with good result but looking for similar or/and CPM networks. Any good on you can suggest?

US/UK/AU traffic mainly.

For PPV your best option is to find a Sign up Offer, Like I have success with PPV Plus Dating Offer. & a Good designed LP. but for Adsense Best Option is SEO for Long tail keywords & Regular update of content.
 
There are lots of potential candidates for you. If you're doing content posts have you tried selling to taboola, revcontent or content.ad, you could also monitize with cpm videos or ads, you can use matomy or adcovenant,

Maybe try buysellads and manually & directly sell ad space for a high(er) price.
 
You can try Adhitz or Infolinks. They are paying good to their publishers.
 
Are implementing any method to collect leads? You can get a high amount of leads with that kind of traffic.

Best way to monetize high traffic is to put up affiliate links to vapes, bongs, pipes, grinders, etc ...

10 million per day!!! which will UK,US traffic. Guys mainly it's so difficult. Which way will help you I do not understand. I also needed US, UK traffic but not such amount. It you needed half of it then let me know I'll give you a suggestion but for these you have to spend some dollars or it will better if you ask it them who are selling traffic. Bye.......

what are your site's traffic source - SE, direct, social, etc.?
 
You must have to get the services of any mature and well ranked SEO company to get more reliable results. You can also try PPC services.
