guys if i can manage to get so many emails of real people, is there a way i can make money of it, like sending them a link of a product and if they click on the link i get paid for it, just wondering i dont know how those stuff works

Yes you can spam them with affliate offers of books, products related to health niche and others also work. And also for easy testing you can spam them first with adult offers as they seems to convert well. Just read about email marketing and you will earn a lot of bucks if you can master it!

You can, but the affiliate company will ban you because of customer complaints, in the USA spam is illegal
