Making money from adsense + public figures

It is saddening to see alot of people directly hating on the method. Ofcourse it will work as long as you remain having the ownership over the website. At some point your website will be the top one on google and they will need to be friends with you because they can't risk you deleting the site. So the ads will stay on there whatever they like it or not.

I'd call it constructive criticism moreso than hating.

Someone with that kind of fan base that OP is suggesting is NOT going to just let some random person have complete control over their website, just because it's free is all I'm saying. That's why I said it would be better targeted towards folks who has businesses and don't know anything about websites. This is not hate my friend.

As soon as the website is complete, their first question will be "how do I make changes?" I guarantee it, and then when you tell them they can't, they may drop your or not even link to the site.

Lol, none of this will work if you're not actually offering these public figures money. Doing some kind of rev split will make both of you money. You can get them to share the content because they will get something out of it versus nothing, and get way more traffic than some profile link. This is basically influencer marketing, only done in a way that people will laugh at you when they ask how much it pays, and you say nothing. The challenge here is always making contact. Presenting yourself in some way that looks legit and shows you can bring them some value, but most importantly again actually paying money for their traffic.

Bingo! Because honestly if someone has 1 million+ followers, they already know that they can make some money through a website themselves. It's only common sense. They're not getting anything out of this arrangement but a website that they can't even control themselves.
