I have a friend who has lots of free time for doing simple activities on the internet. But he is an inexperienced users and knows simple tasks over the internet (blogging, commenting, sharing, ....), with no clue about SEO concepts or tricks for making money.

What would you suggest for an ordinary internet users to make money through long daily activities?

Let's ask my question with a different case. Imagine you have 10 employees who have little knowledge of internet but working full time for your company. What can be the best online business for this company to make money?

Writing articles is the first thing that comes to mind.

Honestly, if I was him I would invest that time in learning about IM.. find a method, implement, etc.. its like training your staff in your company for qualified skills

but writing articles without SEO tricks to build backlinks is not very profitable.

I totally agree with you, but some people are not good learners. In addition, it is hard to convince them how it can be beneficial for them in the future. They prefer hard way, but quick outcome.

You can't force someone to do something as hard and time consuming as IM. Even if it would benefit them greatly in the long run. You could try to get him to work for you and help ease him into it or you could just focus on your own campaigns.

Not true. Keyword stuffing articles is becoming a thing of the past. When you give a person a topic to write about you're pretty much giving them the keywords as the topic.

IE Write about how to install tile

All you have to do is throw the keywords in the title and the article will naturally have the keywords in it. A few anchor text backlinks and you're good.

I vote for writing articles.

The more they write the more misc keywords will get picked up driving traffic to a site.

If I had ten employees that had no idea about how to monetize the internet, we better be talking about the janitorial staff.

IMO, nothing beats learning how to make money than getting a job in a commission based sales environment.

If you can't handle that, you can't handle IM.

Train them to do simple form submits, data entry, account creation, ad posting... such time consuming tasks and work as an outsourcing firm - get orders from forums and freelance sites and earn!

ad posting and writing articles is a good way to start

Recommend him to read this forum. He will definitely find some good stuff around here.

All 10 of them would be on house cleaning and cooking duties.
