Making MNS and selling on flippa

Hello everyon
ive been thinking about this the past 2 weeks
making MNS websites and selling on flippa these websites will be affiliate based
and be about 5-10 pages.
ill be aiming for about $100 profit per site
these sites take me about 2-3 hours to make
has anyone done this and been sucessful?

Any hints / tips would be greatly appreciated.

What's the cost of building a site for you? A website without traffic/revenue is hard to sell for high price.

the cost for me is domain + hosting , i will be writing content myself so the cost would be anywhere from .99-$15 hosting would be shared beetween sites

no there will be no earnings record this will be a completely fresh site

I've seen some new MNS on flippa being sold for around $120. Price usually depends on the number of content and price of the product you are selling. Make your sales pitch convincing too - emphasize on the earning potential and whatnot. I'm not a fan of this method though.

i want to expand to making better sites with backlinks and stuff but i need floating money.
to beable to do that comftablely and get traffic to the sites down the road

You might want to list them as turmkey, as said above it will be hard to sell without traffic and earnin but you never know there are tons of buyers there...

Don't Forget the Listing Price and Selling Fees that flippa will charge you But You can always try it and find out if it works and if its profitable.
