Hey guys, so I have partnered up with two people, and we don't have very much knowledge on how to make a micro-niche site at all. However we do have a few keywords that are nice.

Are there any guides to setting these up? We are going to use Hostgator for hosting and I'm not sure about the domain name.

How do we rank out site when we get it up? Is there any place where I can learn all the terminology and tactics for ranking a site?

All help is appreciated, thank you in advance. :o

I can work with your group if you want, him me a PM if your interested

Oh I'm not really looking for more partners, just where to learn how to set these up and stuff. We know how to do keyword research and all, I just need to learn how to set up the actual site, start ranking it, etc.

I can help you rank your first site if you want, too much details to give on here, which is why skype is better

PM me and I will give you a detailed explanation.

I recommend getting your domain through namecheap.

To setup the actual sites, i would get wordpress PRO so you can make nice looking websites and you can buy professional templates that a web designer would cost hundreds-thousands for only like 40 dollars. Just use google to find wordpress templates.

To rank your websites you can either pay somebody here at BHW to, or you can try to yourself but if you have no experience paying somebody will most likely be more beneficial to your sites at first, but if you try ranking your sites yourself you will get the learning experience and understand SEO better. Just read forums about ranking/seo to get a better idea it is really not complicated and most seo is just common ranking techniques.

Well I'm mainly looking for a guide of some sort guys, something that I could read and share. I'm sure I can find the services on Fiverr or on BHW but I need to learn what they are, what they do, how it benefits me, etc.

Can anyone link me in the right direction?

How much money should I expect to spend on one website? We are just going with traditional micro niche sites w/ adsense, not too fancy. I know hosting+domain for a year is around $90.

Best is create 10 micro niche sites to be flipped in a couple months. Invest all those money into a big authority site.

or why not make a big authority site from the beginning and keep it as the 1st site in your portfolio? long term "autopilot" money.

Would do this, but the problem is I don't know how to create the micro niche sites so I'm looking for a guide or something.

its not too hard..

  1. setup a wordpress blog with nice theme and necessary plugins etc. you can find intructional videos on youtube if you do not know setting up wordpress
  2. add content based on your keywords
  3. do proper onpage seo, you can go for seopressor, etc plugins to get some help. But they are not necessary if you know the onpage factors.

I can list a few onpage seo factors here -

  • use h1, h2 and h3 tags for keywords
  • use at least one image with the main keyword in the alt text
  • underline, italicize and bold main keywords
  • do proper internal linking

I remember these for now.

Hostgator is fine.

For ranking - create some web2.0s' manually, article and wiki links as tier 1.
Do some SB blasts, profile link blasts etc to tier 1 links.

Well these are some famous and basic stuff that I can suggest.

haha your making everything complicated for him. Let him rank 1 site first and see if he wants to continue with more, dont do 10 at a time

good advice, don't go with multiple since you are just starting out.

There are some nice threads here on onpage seo, offpage seo that I found helping and actually I followed them and still doing.

I will search and post here in a moment

This was very helpful, I'll have to learn what most of it is but I think we can do this. I'll have to purchase the SB blasts though, and learn what everything else is.

I know hosting+domain for a year is around $90.

But the hosting can be used on multiple domains. So it is alot cheaper and if your gonna be using adsense make sure you follow the guidelines............ they are strict.

OP - search for Adsense 100k blueprint on Google. Get version 2 as it's the post panda version. This is a complete guide on how to set-up and rank micro niche sites for adsense but you could monetize in a different way if you wish; it's just a guide to follow.

Multiple people on this thread are trying to help you, yet you're looking for an arbitrary do it all guide that isn't going to magically pop out in front of you. The BEST guide you can get is learning from the members of this forum, who have done the wordpress setups, the split testings, the copy writes, but, who most importantly, have the experience that no guide can teach you.

Research the forum, or let one of the many members (including me) try to help you attain the knowledge, so that when you finally do dish out $50 on one of the many guides you actually know what they're talking about.

So from what I'm reading so far our website needs to be 6 months old to be able to put adsense on it? How do these people get it up so quickly?
